On-Site Employee (OSE). OSE is a person/group hired by Modarnet, backed by MOST (Modarnet Online Support Team) to handle/complete customer's job/work/duties.

The Terms and conditions are just to maintain a healthy business relationship with customers the purpose of this is to describe basic responsibilities & rights of customer.

The Terms and conditions are just to maintain a healthy business relationship with customers the purpose of this is to describe basic responsibilities and rights of customer.

1. The term period of this contract is from minimum 3 Months and maximum to 1 Year subject to renewal every year.
2. A Desktop/Laptop to the OSE will be provided by Modarnet, however the customer can allow/deny the same.
3. The reporting time and off days will be as per the customer’s office at the site.
4. The site engineer is allowed to take one Casual Leave every month and other office holidays if any. Sundays will also be counted as off.
5. MCN can call the site engineer for trainings and seminars to provide better services and to introduce new technologies however the customer has full rights to allow or deny the same. The increment process will be happened each and every year.
6. If the site engineer is on leave for more than 5 Days the MCN would be responsible for providing equal or better substitute on the site.
7. Customer is not allowed to offer/hire any OSE (On-Site-Employee) on any position in his/her company directly, until the OSE has completed minimum a year after leaving Modarnet.
8. To provide better services Modarnet Monitors the performance of OSE, if his/her performance is not found good/adequate, the OSE can be called to improve or be removed from his position. In such case an equal or better substitute will be provided by Modarnet.
9. Modarnet will not be liable/responsible for any loss of client, due to theft/damage/Poor-Performance/etc. of OSE. This is completely customer's own responsibility to take care and protect their property for any damage/loss, If customer found any issue related to OSE is requested to please inform Modarnet to take appropriate action.
10. Modarnet has the full right to recall any OSE without taking permission from client, client is not allowed to interfere in such condition.
