Here we declare ourself as a reseller of Hosting services from reputed providers in India and across. We don't have any local/resident server placed at any of our location. We provide a medium to our hosting client to get the hosting plans at cheaper prices. You signify Your agreement to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

a. You shall bear full risk of loss and damage to Your hosting account and all of Your content. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password and account information. You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for all acts, omissions and use under and charges incurred with Your account or password or in connection with the server or any of Your server content displayed, linked, transmitted through or stored.

b. You shall be responsible to make necessary changes/updating to your domain provider by updating the nameservers. We are not responsible for any issue related to your nameserver or domain.

c. Domain is a separate from hosting, the domain renewal, authorization or etc is not the part of hosting account, you may contact your domain service provider for the same.

d. uptime/speed is not guaranteed all the time, and may not be available during the issue from original hosting provider.

e. Non-payment of your hosting service may cause issues to your account, and may be suspended or permanently terminated if the payment is not received within the given period.

f. Email setup, software linking, on-line portal or etc shall be done by client only, we are not responsible for such.
