Please Note: The availability of item may be limited or subject to pre-survey and other formalities before delivering the item.

a. All issues related to hardware will be taken care by us without any extra charges.
b. Software, settings, accessories will not be covered under the rental plan.
c. The Cost of any Physical damage, theft, liquid spoil, or burnt, etc. will be paid by the customer.
d. Modarnet Will not be responsible for any business, sales, data-loss or etc caused by faulty hardware.
e. The replacement of the faulty device/hardware is 24-48 hours (May be higher for minor issues or if doesn’t impact the users work) 72 Hours.
